Shipping times depend on the destination and shipping method, ranging from 3 to 10 business days in the Continental U.S. and Canada with regular service, and from 2 to 5 days with express service. Deliveries to the Canadian regions of the Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and non-continental U.S.A. can take 3 to 5 weeks with regular service, and up to 10 days with express service.

As noted in the Canadian Destinations table above, we also offer a local prepaid pick-up service from our factory in Montreal, Canada. Should you select this option, we will notify you when your order is ready for pick-up. Simply bring this with you, anytime between 9:00AM and 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, at:

Out-of-stock Items:
If an item is not available or there is insufficient stock to fulfill your order, a notice will appear as soon as you add that item to your shopping cart. You can still back order these item(s). We will advise you (by e-mail) of our anticipated delivery, where we will also ask you to tell us if you want your entire order sent in one shipment (resulting in a single Shipping & Handling Charge), or in multiple shipments, which will unfortunately incur multiple Shipping & Handling Charges based on the number of shipments and value per shipment.

Sending a Gift:
If you would like the packing slip to be sent to the recipient without prices or rather have the packing slip sent directly to you, please fill in your wishes in the "Additional Order Notes" box in the checkout screen.
We would be happy to include a gift card with your order. Please indicate that you would like to include a card and write your message in the "Add comments about your order" box.

Returns:
Should you need to return any item(s), you may do so by using regular ground mail or parcel post services. In order to be reimbursed for return shipping charges, do not use any courier or other shipment method.
Please include a copy of your invoice, with a note written on it explaining the reason(s), as well as whether you would simply like a refund, or an exchange.

International Orders:

Payment options:
Through the secure payment services offered through PayPal, we accept the following payment types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your order will be processed in U.S. Funds and the total will be converted on your credit card statement by the credit card company.

Taxes (Customs, Duties & other):
Your order may be subject to customs, duties and other taxes which are payable by you upon receipt of the order. We are unable to estimate what these charges may be as they vary depending on the destination. We suggest that you contact your local Customs Department to obtain further information regarding the importation of your order, as well for an estimate of these charges.

Shipping & Handling Charges:
Shipping and handling charges for overseas orders are based on the destination country and the total weight of the order. Unfortunately, our system is unable to provide for a single international shipping rate. Instead, we will review your order and e-mail you the shipping method, charges and expected delivery times. Your order will not be shipped nor will you be charged until we receive an e-mail back from you confirming your acceptance of these terms.
